Before buying a gas appliance
Send the appliance make, model and installation information, along with details of the existing gas supply. A replacement appliance is not automatically compatible with the old connection. The appliance gas type, required supply and proposed position need to be considered together.
If the installation is part of a kitchen or outdoor-area renovation, provide the proposed layout before cabinets or finishes are completed. Early discussion helps identify pipework and access requirements that may affect the broader job.
