Plumbing for bathroom and kitchen renovations
Renovation plumbing needs to suit the finished layout as well as the existing building. Streamline Plumbing & Drainage works with customers in Scarborough and nearby Perth suburbs to plan the required water and drainage connections.
Bathroom plumbing
We assess water and waste connections for showers, baths, toilets and vanities. Layout changes are reviewed before the plumbing scope is finalised.
Kitchen plumbing
We plan sink, mixer and appliance connections around your cabinetry and appliance selections.
Coordinating the stages
Our team discusses access, rough-in and fit-off requirements so plumbing can be coordinated with the renovation schedule.

Fixed pricing. Complete transparency. No surprises.
Agree on your renovation plumbing scope and fixed price before work starts. We explain the included rough-ins, pipework, fixtures and fit-off work, plus any exclusions or items supplied by you.
You approve the price for the agreed scope, without worrying about hourly rates or a surprise bill. If extra work is needed or you request a change, we explain it and agree on the additional price with you before proceeding. Any assessment charge is explained and agreed beforehand.
